E-mail: support@zupzi.io. A person reads every message. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
From inside the app: when a creation is resting or could not be made, its card shows a Report a problem button (in Bring it to life, Transform it, Make it 3D, Imagine it and Photo to color). Your message goes to our support inbox with your account e-mail, so we can reply, plus the app version, the iOS version and the device model. It never includes your children’s names. The button appears only for a signed-in grown-up, not in Kid Mode or on a child’s paired device. For anything else, just e-mail us.
It helps if you tell us your device (iPhone or iPad), what you tapped, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send photos of your children unless we ask.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my drawings stored?
On your iPhone or iPad and in your own iCloud account, not on Zupzi’s servers. At the bottom of the Family tab, the app tells you whether it is “Synced with your iCloud” or “On this device only” (when iCloud is off or not signed in on that device). The only time a drawing leaves your device for Zupzi is when you ask for an AI creation that needs it, and then only until that creation is made. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
What happens to my drawings if I stop using the app?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Your artwork stays in your iCloud, even if you delete your Zupzi account. If you want copies outside the app, export the originals (see the next question). If you want a drawing gone, open it and tap Delete drawing; to remove everything, delete it from iCloud in your device’s Settings, in iCloud storage management, where Zupzi Art is listed.
How do I export my drawings?
Open the Art tab, tap an artwork, and tap Export the original. You get the full-resolution file, named with the title, the child and the date, and you can save it to Photos or Files, AirDrop it, or send it anywhere. To export everything at once, open the Family tab and tap Export all drawings: you get one zip file with a folder for each child, every original in full resolution and their story recordings, ready to save to Files or send. You can also export the whole year as a printable book: Book tab, Make the book, then Export the book (PDF) (the book needs at least 14 artworks).
Why do I need a Zupzi account?
It is the same free account as Zupzi Play, and it brings your family with it: the same children, portraits and PINs in both apps. It also lets you connect your children’s own iPads or iPhones, lets our servers know which family an AI creation belongs to (so the result comes back to you), and lets us answer you when you report a problem. Your artwork is not stored in the account; it stays in your iCloud.
Can my kids use Zupzi Art on their own iPad?
Yes. On your device, go to the Family tab, find Pair a child’s iPad or iPhone, and tap Get a code. On your child’s device, open Zupzi Art, tap I have a code and type the six digits. From then on, that device opens on Who’s drawing?: your child picks their picture and types their PIN. To get the drawings made there into your own collection, go to Drawings from their iPad in the Family tab and send the invitation to that device. You can also hand your own device to a child: on their card in the Family tab, tap Hand it to followed by their name. Leaving Kid Mode needs Face ID or your device passcode.
Why is my creation “resting” or taking a while?
Magic scenes, new styles, 3D toys and coloring pages are made on Zupzi’s own servers, one at a time, in the order they arrive, so there may be a short line. You can keep drawing: when it is ready, you get a notification (if you allowed them) and the result is waiting in the app. If you see The art factory is resting, our servers are not available right now. Your request is saved on your device and sent automatically when they are back, while the app is open or the next time you open it. A finished creation waits for 24 hours; after that, ask for it again. If you see “That’s all for today”, your family has reached the daily limit for that kind of creation; try again tomorrow.
How do I share drawings with grandparents?
Use the family album, which is shared through Apple’s iCloud. In the Family tab, open The family album and tap Invite family to send an invitation by Messages or e-mail. Then, for each artwork you want to share, open it in the Art tab and tap Share with family. Nothing is shared unless you choose it, and you can take any artwork back out with Remove from family album. The people you invite need Zupzi Art on their iPhone or iPad, with iCloud turned on, and need to sign in with their own free Zupzi account. You can also send any single artwork with Export the original.
Does my child’s voice go anywhere?
No. When your child speaks an idea in Imagine it, the words are turned into text on the device and the recording is deleted; only a short, cleaned-up text of the idea is sent to make the page. When your child records the story of a drawing, the recording stays with that drawing on your device and in your iCloud.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Family tab, scroll to Your Zupzi account, and tap Delete account. Type the word the app shows you, then tap Delete everything. This deletes your Zupzi account for both Zupzi Art and Zupzi Play; if you are the only grown-up in your family, the family and its Zupzi Play data go too. It cannot be undone. Your artwork is not deleted: it stays in your iCloud, and you can still export the originals.
Is it free? Which devices does it work on?
Zupzi Art is free, with nothing for sale in the app and no ads. It works on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. On devices with Apple Intelligence, Imagine it and Magic scene use it to write their requests on the device; on other devices those features still work, with a simpler version of that step. The first time a child speaks in Imagine it, iOS may need to download its speech model.
